Our event in
Mississagua was awesome. The general response was "This was so
good" in all aspect. I would say that the "Annointing" was on
the songs, worship, prayers. word, fellowship. The song for
Canada by Lianna caused tears to flow for Canada. I believe in
this place of unity with other Believers is where the Blessing
can come to Canada. It was great to be part of this great
event. Thanks

What an awesome
priviledge to be a part of what the Lord is calling forth in
this nation. Truly the Lord does command the blessing when His
children come together in Unity. Prayer and intercession are the
keys that will bring a restoration to the righteous foundation
of this land and continue to provide the means whereby Canada
will come into her destiny as a nation.
There was a sweet awareness of the Lords presence and a powerful
anointing upon the prayers of intercession as we came together
with one heart, mind and spirit and released the will of the
Father over this land. I was so blessed to be a part of this
National Womens Prayer Wave 2007.
Let us continue to rise up ladies for truly we have come into
the Kingdom for such a time as this.

Hello from Sudbury,
Ontario. I hope that everyone had as great an afternoon as we
did on the 5th. I was so blessed to witness the the moving of
the Holy Spirit upon our gathering of over 30 women representing
16 area chruch. I found it so encouraging to be in the presence
of godly women of all ages and backgrounds with a heart for this
nation. I think a significant time in the gathering was when a
women from the First Nations Church gave testimony that at one
time she wasn't able to sing O Canada because of all hurt in her
life... she then went on to pray for her people and their
healing......Thank you National team and all Prayer Wave women
for your prayers.

Hi everyone,
greetings from Fredericton, New Brunswick. We had an awesome day
of worship and intercession. I am so grateful for the
faithfulness of our God. We had a much harder task before us in
preparing for the prayerwave this year, but God supplied our
every need as we continued to move forward in faith. The event
itself was powerful and beautiful. There is so much I could say,
but I must limit myself. One of the times that touched me the
most was to agree in prayer with a 9 year old girl praying for
the welfare of children in Canada, followed by a teenaged girl
who repented for the waywardness and rebellion against God and
His ways by her generation. She prayed for revival in her
generation and that God would raise up an army of Kingdom minded
reformers out of them. We give praise to the God with Whom all
things are possible.

Hello from
Yellowknife, NT! We had a awesome time today at our prayer wave
as we gathered to call His Kingdom to earth! His presence was
powerful as we called in the lost, had personal time of
reflection during the "forgiveness" segment and declared that
Jesus is Lord over Yellowknife, the Northwest Territories and
this great nation of Canada. Thank you so much for the wonderful
resources you gave us to work with and the freedom to add to our
own events to make it effective for our area. What a blessing it
has been to be part of this amazing event with women from all
across the country. I'm already looking forward to next year!!
In His love,
Leann
PS Thank you Janice Young for all your caring support you gave
each of us when needed. May God richly bless you for your
faithfulness.

What a delight to be
a part of the Prayer Wave today. God was in our midst and there
was a wonderful spirit of unity as we carried in the flags of
each province and prayed for them. We performed the wonderful
ceremony of 'sharing of bread' together, recognizing Christ as
the Bread of Life as well as the 'washing of hands' recognizing
Jesus cleansing blood to wash away our sins. For those of us who
have sons and daughters in the military the prayer for our
military was most touching. They give their all so we can have
peace and God gave His only Son the Prince of Peace. God is so
good.
He is healing our land and He will return one day soon and peace
will reign for ever. Praise His name. It was awesome seeing over
70 people with their voices raised to God for our country,
knowing that He was listening to our prayers. What a blessing
this event is.

Being a coordinator
for Heal Our Land this year has been different. Because of the
seriousness of the hour, there has been a lot of warfare. We
know that God has called women to prepare the way and so we have
been persistent in gathering women together in the spirit of
unity. We want to change the spiritual landscape of the nation
of Canada. We have been in prayer and fasting and it has moved
the hand of God. So many amazing things have come into place -
it can only be GOD!

We had a good "info
sharing" last Sunday evening, just keeping all the participants
together and having a time of prayer for the Heal Our Land
Prayer Wave on Saturday. I remember well last year, how the Lord
came through and gave us such a wonderful time of prayer and we
are looking to Him again for this.

Greetings from Kent
Co., N.B.
Moses spoke the Word of God and got water from a rock. Jonah
obeyed and spoke the Word of God and a miracle happened. Nineveh
repented. Jesus, the very Word of God, came changing lives. As
believers in Christ we have the privilege and power of speaking
His Words. We have an exciting programe for the 5th. We are
blessed to have a Native lady bake us Indian Bread for our
sharing of the bread. We have also chosen to anoint the hands of
each lady with olive oil as she comes forward to share in the
breaking of bread. The idea arose from an insight from my "Biblezene"
which I received from 100 Huntley Street. The 'insight' reads
like this. "It was a common practice of hospitality in Bible
times to provide a little scented olive oil for a guest to put
on his own hair, face and hands - something of a hair and skin
'dressing' prior to the partaking of a meal. The washing of
hands and feet and the anointing of oil on hair and skin,
singaled the beginning of a proper meal. Oil is considered a
symbol throughout the Bible of the presence of God's Spirit.
Using oil to anoint those partaking of a meal signaled that all
parties present at the meal were in the presence of God's
Spirit. An atmosphere of congeniality, faith and love was
expexted." On May 5th, we are joining together and standing in
the gap as we speak His Words. A mighty wave of HIS Anointing
Spirit is going to roll across our County. Get ready, a MIRACLE
is about to happen! Amen!

Sorry I will not be
able to be part of the Ste.Sophie,Quebec site. Due to unforseen
circumstances I had to return to the Gaspesie. Next year, Lord
willing,I should be able to work with local clergy and/or
christians in the New Richmond area and have something concrete.
My prayers and love are with those who are able to plan, prepare
and pray.Canada is such a privileged country that we should be
doing no less than praying for our leaders and that Jesus Christ
will be the true leader of our great nation of diversities.
Yours in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ,
Sincerely, Edwina Mary Woodman

There will be a
prayer time in the Timmins area on May 5th. As in past years
this is a male/female time not just women. We believe it is the
responsibility of both men and women to pray for our country. We
really appreciate all the work that has gone into planning this
service and all the resources available through the website.

We had a small group
that met one year ago ( 5 ) but God met with us in a mighty way.
This year we have invited the men to join us as we come together
to pray for how to reach our community where 1300 jobs have been
lost this spring in our town.We want to be'Jesus with skin ' to
those who don't know Him.We plan to do a prayer walk, surronding
our church and area.I know God will be with us and will show us
the needs of the people.

Dear friends in
Christ: I was reading 1 Corinthians 1 and 2 this morning and I
read Paul's message to the people that needed to hear a message
about spiritual life. What I needed to hear this morning so I
could keep on regardless of what is going on around me is this:
"We preach Christ crucified...Christ the power of God and the
wisdom of God...think of what you were when you were
called...God choose the foolish things of the world to shame the
wise...so that no one may boast before Him. It is because of Him
you are in Christ Jesus, who has become for us the wisdom from
God...we speak a message of wisdom among the mature...we speak
God's secret wisdom...that God destined for our glory...God has
revealed it to us by His Spirit...no one knows the thoughts of
God except the Spirit of God...The spiritual (woman) makes
judgements about ALL things, but (she herself) is not subject to
any (one's) judgement: 'For who has known the mind of the Lord,
that he may instruct Him?' BUT WE HAVE THE MIND OF CHRIST."
Amen, dear sisters, keep your eyes on the Chief Shepherd, no
matter what anyone else tells you. Remember the enemy walks
about like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour. I pray
that you will be truly blessed and successful this weekend.
Yours in Christ, Joyce<><
